Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA ) Policy & Procedures
The following policies apply to all USA and Canada return requests.
Warranty Service Return Policy
Should you believe that your Antec product has become defective during the warranty period, please contact Antec Customer Support. They will help you determine the best way to proceed, and will provide you with a Customer Care ID and further instructions. You may register your problem with our Global Online Support Server, or contact Customer Support Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am to 5pm Pacific Time at 1-800-222-6832.
WALK IN customers (Fremont) please note that you MUST have an RMA number prior to arriving at Antec, and we do not guarantee same day turnaround service.
Canadian customers please note that we have a new RMA Depot in the Toronto area in order to provide better service, but all support issues and wrranty service requests must still begin with Antec Customer Support.
Antec Store Return Policy
Antec offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all product purchased through the online Antec Store. Within 30 days you may return your Antec purchase for a full refund excluding shipping costs.
If you wish to return your Antec Store purchase, please register your complaint with our Global Online Support Server.
Return Shipping
When you have received your RMA number and are ready to ship or deliver the product back to Antec, please:
- Package the product securely (preferably in its original packaging). Antec will not be responsible for damage due to shipping.
- Ship ONLY the product(s) for which the RMA number was issued. Antec will not be responsible in any way for unauthorized returned product, especially but not limited to non-Antec product.
- Mark the RMA number clearly on three sides of the shipping box. Your Customer Care Ticket ID is NOT an RMA number. Shipments missing a legible and correct RMA number marked outside the package will be refused and Antec will not be responsible for them.
- Products should be shipped Postage or Freight paid to Antec within seven (7) days of issuance of RMA Number. Antec reserves the right to cancel without notice any RMA number for which the product has not been received within 21 days of Authorization issuance, and per our policy shipments without a current and proper RMA number will be refused.
- We further recommend you buy insurance for the value of the product against shipping damage. Remember that you are responsible for the product until we receive it. Antec will not be responsible for and does not warrant against damage of any sort incurred prior to our receipt of the product. In our experience, common carriers will also not be held responsible for shipping damage in cases where packing was insufficient.
- Note that Antec will not accept or be responsible for returns without prior approval and an RMA number, or returns that do not conform to our RMA Policies and Warranty requirements. We reserve the right to refuse such shipments or return them to you at your expense.
