Why aren’t new Antec products released in Europe on the same day as in North America?

Good question. The answer? We’re deeply committed to the environment. Which means we use environmentally-friendly carrier pigeons to fly our products over to Europe. But they’re noticeably slower than those fuel-guzzling, ozone-depleting jets.

In all seriousness, we’d love to launch new products simultaneously around the world. But three things stand in our way. First, our European products usually differ slightly from the American versions, so we have to produce different packages and manuals. Secondly, we print our European packages and manuals in as many as five different languages, instead of just one language for North America. And finally, it simply takes longer for our products to be shipped to Europe.

So if a brand-new product isn’t yet available in your country, please bear with us. It’ll be there as soon as possible. We’re just doing all we can to deliver the finest possible quality to your door. With or without the carrier pigeons.
