To access or comment on your Customer Care Ticket you will need the email address you originally provided and the Ticket Number included in the automatic email response that was sent to that address. Please also note that your ticket can only be accessed from the support zone it was created for. And if we pass your issue to the RMA department we will close the Support Ticket, after which you will no longer be able to add a comment.
