Note: Please allow two to three business days to process all orders. Any order placed after 11:00am PST will not begin processing until the next business day. Orders ship Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. Antec does not use the USPS for shipping of most products and does not offer Saturday delivery for orders. Antec will email you once your order has shipped out. Contacting Antec for order status less than three days after order placement can only serve to delay your order.
The billing address you give must match the information your credit card company has on file. If you give us information that does not match, this will delay processing of your order.
Upon placing your order, please include your bank issuers phone number, as this will allow us to verify any billing information in question, and will speed up the processing of your order. To do so, check the "This will be shipped to a different address" box and include the phone # in the message field.
Overnight and 2nd-day shipping orders will only be processed if the billing and "ship-to" addresses are identical. Overnight and 2nd-day orders placed without matching addresses will not be processed.
Orders over $20.00 are shipped signature required. If you do not want your order shipped this way, first be sure to click on the check box "This will be shipped to a different address" and fill out the form that appears. Please type "No Signature Required" in the message field under the Shipping Information screen.
Special Notes
Antec's warranty is enforceable only by the original consumer purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.
Antec B stock items are fully functional and often look new, but may have minor blemishes. They may or may not ship in retail box. All B Stock comes with a limited 90 day warranty only. Antec accepts no responsibility for and does not warrant the condition of the finish of B stock items.
For Will Call orders, we will contact you once your order is ready to be picked up at 47900 Fremont Blvd. Fremont, CA. Pick up hours are Monday thru Friday from 10:00am - 12:00pm & 1:00pm - 5:00pm except for company holidays. Once you have been notified your order can be picked up at shipping/receiving located at the back of the building.
For orders shipping to Canada, if you want the (taxes and shipping/freight fees) removed from your order you will need to provide us with your courier account information and the address in which you want it shipped to. This informaton MUST appear on your order otherwise, these fees will still apply. To include the courier account information to your order please do the following: check the "This will be shipped to a different address" box and include the courier # and name of courier in the message field.
Please NOTE: Upon ordering, you will see the taxes and shipping/freight fees still appearing on your order, however once we receive the order with the courier account information, then these charges will be removed.
