Please note: Orders may take one to three business days to process before they ship out, plus seven to ten business days for Standard shipping orders to be received. Any order placed after 11:00am PST will not begin processing until at least the next business day. Orders ship Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. Antec does not use the USPS for shipping of most products and does not offer Saturday delivery for orders. Antec will email you once your order has shipped out. Contacting Antec for order status less than three days after order placement can only serve to delay your order.
The billing address you give must match the information your credit card company has on file. If you give us information that does not match, this will delay processing of your order.
Overnight and 2nd-day shipping orders will only be processed if the billing and "ship-to" addresses are identical. Overnight and 2nd-day orders placed without matching addresses will not be processed.
Orders over $20.00 are shipped signature required. If you do not want your order shipped this way, first be sure to click on the check box "This will be shipped to a different address" and fill out the form that appears. Please type "No Signature Required" in the message field under the Shipping Information screen.
Special Notes
Antec's warranty is enforceable only by the original consumer purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.
Antec B stock items are fully functional and often look new, but may have minor blemishes. They may or may not ship in retail box. All B Stock comes with a limited 90 day warranty only. Antec accepts no responsibility for and does not warrant the condition of the finish of B stock items.
For Will Call orders, we will contact you once your order is ready to be picked up at 48201 Fremont Blvd. Fremont, CA. Pick up hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm M-F except for company holidays. Once you have been notified your order can be picked up at shipping/receiving located at the back of the building.
For orders shipping to US Military bases or other out-of-the-way locations like the Canadian North, the shipping charges calculated in our cart may not reflect the actual shipping charges. Antec will contact you with the details of any variance before shipping, and will require your agreement to the altered shipping charges. We apologize for any delay and inconvenience this may cause. Delivery to APOs/FPOs and out-of-the-way locations can take 8 to 10 weeks or more after the ship date.
For customers using Paypal we will send you an invoice via Paypal. To speed processing you can send payment with order number referenced to paypal@antec.com before receiving our PayPal request for payment. Orders may take one to three business days to process after payment is received by Antec before they ship out.
