Antec Mail-In Rebate

Antec would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused in 2008 by the Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection filing Continental Promotion Group (CPG), our rebate fulfillment company. The funds Antec provided to CPG are no longer available to fulfill the rebate checks. Please be assured we will honor all rebates/refunds related to CPG’s bankruptcy. Please follow the instructions below under the "Frequently asked rebate questions".

Beginning in the year 2009, Antec has been handling all rebates in-house. Therefore, they will not be affected by the Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Please send all new mail-in rebate submissions to the address on the rebate form:

Please allow the full 60 days from the date you sent in your rebate submission to receive your rebate check. Due to the high volume of requests we are processing, please allow at least 4 weeks before contacting us to inquire on a payment status. We are NOT responding to status requests sent to RebateStatus@antec.com. Please send all status requests to rebates@antec.com.

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED REBATE QUESTIONS

If you have a valid rebate which you have not yet submitted:

Please do not submit it to the address listed on the rebate form. Instead, please send all required materials to:

If you have received a rebate check and have it in your possession:

Do not deposit or cash it. CPG has placed a stop payment on all checks they sent out. You will need to send in the following:

1. Copies of both sides of the original issued check

2. Copies of your original rebate submission paperwork

Please include the phrase “Replacement Rebate” in the Subject line.

If you deposited your rebate check and it was returned to you unpaid:

You will need to send in the following:

1. Copies of both sides of the refused/returned check (you may need to contact your bank for scans of both sides of the check)

2. Copies of the bank charge information

3. Copies of your original rebate submission paperwork

If you received a replacement rebate check from us but bank fees were not included:

Please note that we are continually processing rebates from information recovered from CPG, so it is possible a check was sent to you before we received your information regarding bank fees. This is particularly likely if you have not yet submitted your information to us. If this is the case, you will need to send in the following:

1. Copies of both sides of the refused/returned check(you may need to contact your bank for scans of both sides of the check)

2. Copies of the bank charge information

3. The Check number we sent you
