Job Title: Senior Creative Copywriter
Antec Inc.
Antec, Inc. is the leading global brand of high-performance computer components and accessories for the gaming, PC upgrade and Do-It-Yourself (DIY) markets. We are currently seeking a dependable Senior Creative Copywriter to join our Marketing department in our Fremont Office.
Basic duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Establish the creative direction of all Antec promotional copy, including general product materials, advertisements, and web banner ads.
- Work alongside our designers, marketing team and product development team to develop global marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on the written word
- Creation of creative copy for all marketing materials which will include, but not limited to: ads, brochures, fliers, Web materials, flash videos, posters, etc.
- Creation of detailed product descriptions for new and existing products, including box copy, previews, etc.
- Creation and coordination of high-level special projects.
- Proofread content and copy for all written materials as needed.
- Assist in the coordination of marketing requests globally as needed.
Requirements:
- College degree, preferably in writing, communications, journalism or English; online advertising, direct-marketing, or equivalent training and experience
- 3-5 years of professional writing experience as well as creative experience (ad concepting, other creative work, etc.)
- Must have strong writing/English skills particularly in spelling and grammar
- Strong proofreading, fact checking skills and high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Smart, fun, straight to the point
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, Flash, Illustrator, HTML are a plus
- Positive attitude and initiative
- Familiarity with building and upgrading PC's and interest in PC Gaming and technology a plus

Job Title: Level 1 Technical Customer Support Technician

We are currently seeking a dependable Level 1 Technical Customer Support System to join our Customer Support department in our Fremont Office. Recent Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Provide support to customers through heavy phones and email
-Assisting customers with spare part needs, as necessary
-Troubleshooting computer hardware problems remotely
Requirements:
-Candidate must be reliable with a willingness to learn.
-Must be organized and able to multi-task, while prioritizing the tasks at hand.
-Must be professional, able to work independently and in a team environment.
-Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate through email or heavy phone lines.
-Ability to communicate through written and spoken means in a foreign language can be a plus.
-Candidate must have a broad experience in building and repairing PC compatible computers.
-Media Center PC experience is a plus
-Ability to communicate to non-technical customers and users.
-Knowledge of Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7, Office
-Familiar with helpdesk ticketing system.
-General knowledge of current and up to date computer requirements such as MB, CPU, GPU and other peripherals components.
