We will send your warranty replacement to you within 72 hours of when we receive and verify your defective product.
For multiple products, please provide all model numbers and serial numbers in the “Full Problem Description” field.
Our expedited warranty replacement process.
We send your warranty replacement product to you first after securing the cost of the product using a major credit card. Once we receive the defective product back from you, you will be refunded your deposit.
Please provide your RMA number in the “Full Problem Description” field. Please also include tracking information for your package, should you have it.
